Momentum Factor is taking a major step forward in bringing Artificial Intelligence to direct sellers to help them deal with the massive task of managing and enforcing compliance online.

The program, FieldWatchAI, is an enhancement to the firm’s flagship offering, FieldWatch. FieldWatchAI will enable a direct sales company to automatically monitor its marketing output at scale for violations of federal and state rules and regulations, particularly FTC and FDA requirements. It will be available beginning April for clients in the firm’s “early advocate” program.

The system uses a sophisticated pre-trained machine learning model that can extract insights from aggregated data from hundreds of thousands of compliance violations the firm has gathered over the years.

With the huge volumes of data generated today about every aspect of a compliance, finding claims lurking on social media and the Internet can be daunting. AI can aid in data exploration, comb through the data to automatically find patterns, help users understand what the data means, and predict future outcomes to help business compliance management results.
