In late February, employees worked side by side with locals to build home for a family in need. Now they are ensuring the family has enough in food and supplies during the pandemic.
Momentum Factor, the leading global provider of compliance and reputation software and services to the direct selling industry, has teamed with Casita Linda in order to fund the construction of two new homes to sustain needy families throughout the pandemic in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
“This is our second trip to San Miguel and the third home we’ve funded. It’s an amazing experience for us to build someone’s first house side-by-side, a house they never imagined they’d have,” said Jonathan Gilliam, CEO of Momentum Factor. “It’s incredibly fulfilling for us and brings us together as a team.
The firm’s executive team of six traveled to San Miguel for five days and worked side-by-side with a local family in need to build their house. The team was also able to visit the family whose home they built in 2018.
Because of the coronavirus, the families we helped are in dire need of food and Momentum Factor will provide enough food to sustain them until this crisis is over. By making certain that these adults and children receive the nutrition they need during the coming months, we can be assured that once this epidemic is over, our families will be strong enough to return to work and the children will be healthy enough to return to school.
“Building a home for a family has lasting implications,”
