Momentum Factor will also expand their service offering by merging with Fink’s company, Direct Sales Associates, who specializes in recruiting and talent acquisition in the direct selling industry. “Greg has a well-established business finding great Software, Operations, Data, IT and Logistics talent and we are going to magnify that and expand our offering to include Legal and Compliance recruiting as well,” said Gilliam.
