Tim Sales’ Fast-Growing Start-up Ariix Acquires Trivani

Health and nutrition start-up Ariix Global announced today it has acquired Trivani, a five-year old health products company.

In a letter to distributors, Trivani CEO Bob Steed reports Ariix was the front runner after an exhaustive search to find a new home for Trivani’s 70,000 distributors.

Bountiful, Utah-based Ariix, led by CEO Fred Cooper and widely recognized field leader Tim Sales, has shown early results in its initial growth, due in part to its ability to open new international markets in short order. The acquisition of Trivani will enable the opening of Japan and Taiwan almost immediately.

Ariix launched in May and currently operates in the US, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Taiwan. The company expects to open Thailand by the end of the year, and Mexico in the first quarter of 2012.
